1. 新南向專班校外實習廠商須為教育部核准,如需增加或更換校外實習廠商,且未列於計畫書中,應於校外實習課程開始前2個月前函報教育部同意始得辦理。
Off-campus internship companies for the New Southbound Special Program must be approved by the Ministry of Education. If there is a need to add or change an off-campus internship company that is not listed in the project proposal, official approval from the Ministry of Education must be obtained at least two months before the internship course begins.
2. 新南向專班實習申請以學期為主,期間需為學期間,不能超過18週,相關合約書及學生個別實習計畫書皆需一致。
Internship applications for the New Southbound Special Program should be based on the academic semester, with the internship period limited to the academic term and not exceeding 18 weeks. The relevant contracts and individual student internship plans must be consistent.
3. 合作廠商實習內涵應符合系所核心能力。學生個別實習計畫書有關實習課程目標與實習課程內涵規劃,應與專班申請計畫書或產業實習課程大綱內容相呼應。
The internship content provided by partner companies should align with the core competencies of the department. The objectives and content of the internship course in the individual student internship plans should correspond to the special program application proposal or the industry internship course outline.
4. 為確保學生權益,學生於執行校外實習課程期間,應為其投保「大專校院校外實習學生團體保險」或其他商業保險;另學生於工讀期間,應依就業服務法第50 條之規定,在臺合法工讀,並依勞動基準法等勞動法令保障其權益,合作廠商須提供勞保。
To protect students' rights, students must be covered by "Group Insurance for Off-Campus Internship Students in Colleges and Universities" or other commercial insurance during their off-campus internship. Additionally, during part-time work, students must comply with Article 50 of the Employment Service Act to ensure legal work-study status in Taiwan. Their rights must also be protected under the Labor Standards Act and other labor laws, with the partner company providing labor insurance.
5. 依新南向產學合作國際專班規範、貳、四(十)之規定,為確保學生校外實習權益,廠商應參照勞動基準法及其他法規規定給予學生津貼。
According to Section II, Article 4(10) of the New Southbound Industry-Academia Collaboration International Program regulations, to ensure students' rights during off-campus internships, companies should provide allowances in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and other relevant regulations.
6. 學生校外實習津貼及工讀薪資皆應直接匯入學生專屬帳戶,廠商所提供實習津貼及工讀薪資應分類入帳,不得逕以一筆薪資總數名義匯入學生帳戶。學生薪資單應各別列出實習津貼及工讀薪資,或分為2張;勞保金額列於學生工讀薪資單;並讓學生清楚了解。
Students’ off-campus internship allowances and part-time work wages must be directly deposited into their designated bank accounts. The company must classify and transfer the internship allowance and part-time wages separately, rather than depositing a lump sum as a single salary. The student’s payroll statement should separately list the internship allowance and part-time work wages, or provide two separate statements. The labor insurance amount should be listed under the part-time work payroll statement to ensure transparency for students.
7. 每週課程(包含理論課及校外實習課)均應於週一至週五之日間排課為限,並應於固定時間執行課程。
Weekly courses, including theoretical courses and off-campus internships, should be scheduled only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during daytime hours and conducted at fixed times.
8. 學生於同一廠商從事校外實習課程及工讀活動,每週總時數不得逾 40 小時。學生每日實習及工讀總時數不得超過 8 小時,且結束時間 不得超過晚上 10 點。
When students participate in both an off-campus internship and part-time work at the same company, the total working hours per week must not exceed 40 hours. The total daily hours for internship and part-time work must not exceed 8 hours, and the end time must not be later than 10 PM.
