I hold both foreign nationality and the Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality

I have never held household registration in Taiwan

Within the last six years before the semester starting date, I have never stayed in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao or Mainland China for more than a total of 120 days in any single calendar year.

You are eligible to apply to TUMT as an International Student, but you need to provide supported proof :

(1)Certificate of Entry and Exit dates.

(2)Non-household registration declaration form.

We need to verify that you do not currently hold nor have held household registration in Taiwan and that you have never stayed in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau or Mainland China for more than a total of 120 days.

Within the last six years before the semester starting date, I have stayed in Taiwan for more than a total of 120 days for one or more reasons listed under or. In addition, I have never stayed in Taiwan, Hong, Macau or Mainland China for more than a total of 120 days for any other reason(s).

You are eligible to apply to TUMT as an International Student, but you need to provide supported proof :

(1)Certificate of Entry and Exit dates.

(2)Non-household registration declaration form.

In order to verify that you do not hold nor have held household registration in Taiwan and that you have never stayed in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau or Mainland China for more than a total of 120 days for any of the above reasons please provide a certificate for one of the following items:

(1)Overseas youth training courses organized by the Overseas Compatriot Affairs Council or technique training classes accredited by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan.

(2)Overseas youth training courses organized by the Overseas Compatriot Affairs Council or technique training classes accredited by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan.

(3)Exchange students in Taiwan, whose length of total exchange is less than 2 years.

(4)An internship in Taiwan which has been approved by an authorized central government agency, of which the total length of stay is less than 2 years.

(5)Permanent residency in either Hong Kong or Macau (time spent in Hong Kong or Macau is not counted towards the 120 days).

(1)Overseas youth training courses organized by the Overseas Compatriot Affairs Council or technique training classes accredited by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan.

(2)Overseas youth training courses organized by the Overseas Compatriot Affairs Council or technique training classes accredited by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan.

(3)Exchange students in Taiwan, whose length of total exchange is less than 2 years.

(4)An internship in Taiwan which has been approved by an authorized central government agency, of which the total length of stay is less than 2 years.

(5)Permanent residency in either Hong Kong or Macau (time spent in Hong Kong or Macau is not counted towards the 120 days)
