僑外生入境後的居留證申請期限原是15天內，現在是否已改為30天？Has the ARC application period for overseas students been extended from the original 15 days to 30 days?

回復機關：內政部移民署 National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior

A：依移民法第22條第2項規定，外國人持居留簽證入國者，應於入國後之翌日起算30日內，申請外僑居留證。

In accordance with Article 22, Paragraph 2 of the Immigration Act, foreigners entering the country with a residence visa are required to apply for an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) within 30 days, starting from the day after their arrival date in the country.
