申請資格 Applicant Eligibility
- 語言能力門檻要求：母語非華語者提供國家華語測驗委員會華語能力檢定(TOCFL)、其他同等級之華語測驗聽力與閱讀通過證明(等同於A2級(含)以上)，母語為華語者得免檢附。
- Language Proficiency Threshold Requirements：Non-Chinese native speakers provide the Chinese Language Proficiency Test of the National Chinese Language Testing Committee Proof of passing the listening and reading test of other Chinese language tests of the same level (equivalent to A2 level (inclusive) or above), Those whose mother tongue is Chinese are exempt from submission.
- 申請者需提供足夠在臺就學之存款證明或財力證明，至少USD$3,000 (NTD$100,000)以上。如存款證明非申請者帳戶，需檢附資助者簽名之財力切結書並敘明兩者關係。資助者僅限提供個人帳戶資料，不接受公司帳戶。
- The applicant needs to provide the certificate of financial resources or proof of account balance statement (USD3,000 or NTD 100,000). If the bank account is from their sponsor to satisfy this financial obligation, then their sponsor must sign the “Financial Guarantee” and declaring the relationship to the applicant. For sponsor’s account, we only accept personal account.
