學生註冊費分期付款須知 Notice on Installment Payment of Student Registration Fees

※In accordance with the Guidelines for Installment Payment of Student Registration Fees of Taipei University of Marine Technology.
1.境外生因其在台灣生活狀況困難者，得向國際暨兩岸交流中心申請專案分期，但仍應於當學期結清分期付款。
International students facing financial difficulties while living in Taiwan may apply for a special installment plan through the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs. However, all installment payments must be completed within the same semester.
2.前期分期付款未結清，不得辦理次學期分期付款，如有特殊因素經濟困難者，得檢附相關文件專案申請，經註冊費分期付款審核小組審核通過者得再辦理分期。餘額未結清，如有達畢業資格或辦理休退學者，視為離校手續未完成，不得領取學位證書或休學證明書、修業證明。
Students who have not completed installment payments from a previous semester are not eligible to apply for a new installment plan for the following semester.
However, if the student is experiencing special financial hardship, they may submit relevant supporting documents to apply for a special installment plan. Upon approval by the Installment Payment Review Committee, a new plan may be granted.
Students with outstanding balances who are eligible for graduation, or are applying for leave of absence or withdrawal, will be considered as not having completed the school-leaving procedures, and therefore will not be permitted to receive a diploma, certificate of study, or certificate of leave.
3.分期付款餘額未繳清者，本校保有法律追償之權利。
The university reserves the right to take legal action to recover any unpaid installment balances.
